Pen and Watercolour painting of JMW Turner’s London home.

Sandycombe Lodge was the London home of JMW Turner.

This is Sandycombe Lodge, Twickenham, the house of the artist JMW Turner. It is an original Indian ink and watercolour drawing based on an engraving made in 1814.
Turner was probably Britain’s finest painter and was elected a member of the Royal Academy of Art at a very young age. I made this drawing with a traditional dip pen and Indian Ink and a little watercolour. It is on Arches 300gsm hand made 100% cotton rag paper.
It is set behind a cream mount board, signed and wrapped in cellophane. It comes with a certificate of authenticity and will make a lovely gift.
Image size! 12 1/2″ wide x 9 1/4″ high (317mm x 234mm)
The price includes FREE post and packing to UK addresses
For overseas buyers, the mount board ‘may’ have to be removed.
I will pack it securely and flat, between two strong boards, and I have a 100% safe arrival record.
