Fifty new framed oil paintings from Nature exhibition and many more unframed, to suit all tastes and pockets! If you love Nature and Art, this is for you!
From the Welsh mountains, to the Sussex meadows, via forests and woodlands. Bringing you a gallery full of fresh unseen works to feast your eyes on. I loved every minute creating these for you, with passion and honesty, paintings from Nature.
Included are farmyards, cattle, sheep, horses, and all things rural and agricultural. Exactly as expected in a paintings from nature exhibition. In February I spent a week in the middle of Longleat forest, with their magnificent Redwoods. Woodlands and waterfalls are also included and of course a few Ramsgate subjects, for good measure.
Stoke on Trent (the potteries), was another opportunity, with approx. 60 artists from London Plein Air Painters. We captured some historic old bottle kilns and a disused Colliery at Chatterley Whitfield, shown here. This trip ended on the morning of the Summer Solstice, on top of Mow Cop, on the Cheshire Staffordshire border. It was at an unearthly time in the morning, depicted here, along with a few examples of my recent works.
Some say, last year was my ‘Blue period’, all boats and coastal scenes, then perhaps this is my ‘Green period’, all fields, trees and mountains.
Meet the Artist and friends in the Gallery on Saturday 9th November to chat, share stories and enjoy a glass of wine
