A dangerous job!

Combined with this, my studio sale will be open on three weekends in October, for those who can get to Broadstairs in East Kent. I need to ‘clear the decks’ and make space, so everything will be priced to go! Mostly unframed, to keep them affordable! Plus daily bargains! Sounds good yes?

If you can’t get to the studio, make sure you are on my mailing list, and I’ll send you previews of works plus a catalogue of the daily bargain offers. (First come first served). You will also receive my FREE guide to choosing art for your home! So, sign up today!

Where did I go next?

Up to Stoke on Trent, to paint some old industrial subjects! Like this coal mine pit head at Chatterley Whitfield. What a super day!

Here is a photo at the Gladstone pottery in Stoke on Trent, with some of their rare bottle kilns. Now open as a museum, it is a super place to visit! I recommend it.
I also organised a short trip to Rye in Sussex for some artist friends and we painted the old hilltop town, and views across the meadows to the harbour. These can be seen in my coming soon a studio sale

Plein Air Paintings from Nature Exhibition poster
View from Mow Cop, Staffordshire

Last year my theme was ‘The call of the Sea’. This year it is ‘En Plein Air’ Paintings from Nature. My followers will know that I love to spend time in nature, in the woods, a field or a boatyard, painting what I see and feel whilst there. So perhaps last year was my ‘blue period’ and this year is my ‘green period’?

Here is a selection of ‘green period’ paintings made recently in Ireland, some will be featured in this exhibition! And some in my coming soon a studio sale.

Full details of these events will be shared first, with my mailing list followers. They will also receive sneak previews, and special offers.
Coming soon  A studio sale at never to be repeated prices!

It can be a wonderful opportunity to meet up and discuss how other artists motivate themselves to create!

For me, a Studio Sale is quite a rare event. An opportunity to ‘clear the decks’. I create approx. 150 fresh paintings each year. After the best have been exhibited a couple of times, they get put into a crate and forgotten.

Well, I’m running out of space, hence my ‘coming soon a studio sale’.

So this is your opportunity to rummage and make me an offer!

Go on, before it’s too late
